I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist trained in 5-PATH Advanced Hypnosis. I am also a Reiki and Seichim Master and Teacher and a Theta Healing Practitioner who uses a wide variety of techniques to help my clients Release old, self-defeating programs, thoughts, habits and behaviours for RAPID, PERMANENT CHANGE! I have been working with clients for over 35 years promoting health and wellness, and have been a Registered Nurse, run Fitness Centres with my husband for 20 years, (taught Aerobics, Gym Programs, Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Weight loss Programs and Taekwondo) to help clients make positive change and heal their lives. 5-PATH Hypnosis is the fastest and most effective method I've found to realy help clients heal. Anything with an emotional cause can be healed, and this method used the most advanced techniques available. I've been teaching Reiki and Seichim since 1998 and have over 300 students, including over 50 Reiki Masters who have trained with me. REIKI is a safe, effective Japanese form of Hands-on Healing which balances all the energy centres of the body to promote deep healing of the body, mind and soul. SEICHIM is an Egyptian Energy Healing System and Theta Healing is also another type of Energy Healing. These work alongside Reiki to heal holistically, reduce stress and bring about everyday miracles in the lives of my clients. I LOVE Hypnosis and Reiki! Everything can be healed. The Integra Health & Fitness story is our family’s dream to create a Health Club in Orange like nothing else. Creating an environment where you have the feeling of exercising outdoors while indoors. Most of the people who choose to visit a gym are stuck in non-stimulating work places and even at home so we wanted to provide them with an opportunity to escape from that life style. In 2002 we found and purchased our land. Then it was all systems go as we set to work designing a building that would take advantage of the elements while maximizing the views. In June 2003 we started work, digging holes, creating the dam and setting the footings for the building. It was frosty, foggy and cold. Our sons took 12 months off from their studies to become the sites builders, under the supervision of Colin, my husband. They all worked relentlessly for 6 months and by the beginning of December the building was ready for the new equipment. Claire and Hilary were still at school but all their spare time was taken up with painting, decking etc. After applying the finishing touches to the building we started a membership drive in the beginning of January. Our official opening date was 31 January 2004. Over the years, like all businesses, we've had our ups and downs but we have survived. Five Fitness is a session based fitness centre. We are located in a little old Scout Hall on the main street of Narromine (Dandaloo Street). What makes us so different to a �gym' for example is that you can't just pop in and do your own workout. We are open at the specific times on the timetable below. This means that you are working with your trainer for the hour. You just need to roll on in, and the workout is done for you, no need to think about what you've got to do, or program your own session. It's all done for you. If the times don't suit or you would prefer to work one-on-one, that's fine just reach put and we will find a way to make it work. If you're looking to schedule your own Group PT session, just rally around 6 friends/family/whoever and we will put a session together for you. The best bit? It's customised completely to YOUR GROUP. Whatever training style you are looking for, you will have it. These sessions will also be exclusive to your group and won't appear on the timetable. Having fitness freedom in your life is absolutely priceless. There is no better feeling than knowing you are ready to go for any of lifes obstacles. Need to run 10km? Have faith you can just do it.
