I have just spent 20 minutes on the phone with Mr. Chan - a remarkably poor investment of my time.
I strongly object to being treated as though I am an idiot; I strongly object to having to repeat myself continually and I have very little confidence that the fix proposed will solve the technical problem encountered.
This experience is at odds with my previous pleasant contacts with Foxtel: as a long-term customer, I sincerely hope it will never recur.
