Horrible... just horrible. I bought something there and had an issue with the product (it wasn't their fault either) so I went back to see if I could get help. I did not ask for a refund or demanded anything. I just went there to see if they could help me. The owner (the employee referred to him as "my boss", so I assume he is the owner) came out speaking to me in an extremely rude tone of voice, swearing, confronting me and else... after his demeaning speech he said he would give me half of the money back, to which I said no (not thay I have a lot of money, it's just that I never asked for the money back, and I don't enjoy the idea of being humilliated and keep dealing people of such quality), and just took the product back... this person embarrassed himself, his employees and his business with a classic display of absolute ignorance, lack of empathy and lack of care for people (let alone customers) I have been in Australia for almost 3 years, and I have never been treated so terri
