Went into Metroll to enquire about carport/pergola at least 8 weeks ago. Was told the person we needed to talk to was out. The receptionist took our details and said they will contact us and that "he loves to come out and quote" .....HUH.. still waiting. We understand with the building boom everyone is so busy but how hard is it for the sales people to ring and say "we can't help at this time". Then there are the ads on social media saying "Get a Quote"....why bother. Little bit of customer service in the boom times will stand you good stead in the quiet times...just saying!!!!!

The fitter arrived on time agreed. Was able to measure up without impediment. Then said the quote would be imminent.

We wanted a shed with no hassles, all council paperwork and engineering done to our specifications. We got professional service from initial quote through entire build with timely updates. All tradies involved were courteous and did exceptional job. We highly recommend this professional team who built our new shed. Thanks to all involved
