I would like to give a huge thank you to Deborah at the front desk of Northern Beaches GP Superclinic. She went above and beyond to help me have my Mental Health Care Plan sent to my new psychologist, ensuring a received a copy of the new referral, making what could have been a stressful process so so easy. Deborah was warm, friendly, patient and exceptionally polite. Her customer service was genuinely outstanding. I came away from the interaction smiling for the rest of the day. It is rare to meet someone who combines professionalism with such genuine kindness and care. I could hear the smile in her voice Deborah is an absolute credit to the clinic. I wish there were more people like her around, customer service at its very best. A+!
