Not having had a collision in 20+ years, although minor, the accident was a stressful experience. Staff at Douglas and Miller have been very reassuring, professional and sincerely friendly. A small, local business, that affords a personalised service experience that larger organisations would be hard pressed to rival. Whether a Youi claim, or private customer, pricing is very fair and quality of service has been exceptional. Definitely a business my wife and I will be recommending in the community. Absolutely appalling workmanship. The whole job needed redoing within a couple of weeks. The owner of the business blamed us their for their mistakes and offered no compensation. A joke of a business and I would highly recommend you avoid.

5 stars Very talented and have seen profection on every vehicle I veiwed that they have repaired , After 40 years repairing vehicles I still haven't mastered there. Profection
