APIA and Barry James kept me updated all the way, with messages and phone calls. And the office staff were sympathetic whenever I phoned. My main concern was the repair of the radar systems, such as collision control and lane assist. I shouldn't have worried, everything is back to perfect working order. In fact, the car looks and drives like new. I thoroughly recommend Barry James! A good experience. And the process took weeks rather than the months as estimated by other local repairers.

Jeff recently fixed a scratch & painted the mirrors on my car. Price, time it took & finish were all excellent . I can’t recommend him highly enough. I’ll definitely be back should i require his services again

Just picked up my car after my accident where I damaged the rear bumper, lights and so... have to say that the service at Gemini Ballarat is outstanding. even I asked a few questions to much I guess, the answers where friendly, professional and satisfying. And on Top of that patient chat with Ben was the next surprise when I saw my car: never in my life of 62 years I received such a clean car back in my hands from a mechanic.
