Worst business I’ve ever dealt with. Our 2019 Toyota Prado was booked for a full detail at 930am today. I spoke to Scott on Friday and booked the car in. He assured me it takes about 2 hours. We organised childcare for our kids. At 930am we dropped the car off and were met by one the mechanics, who took our keys and told us they will give us a call when ready. We told him we’ll just go for a walk and grab a coffee in town. 2 hours later we returned and could see in the distance that our car had not moved or been cleaned! We entered the office and were horrified to see that our car keys were left on the counter in clear view of passers by along with other customer car keys. No security. The office was filthy dirty might I add. We spoke to the mechanic and said our car hasn’t been touched and he said “I forgot to tell Scott your car was here”!. Scott blamed the mechanic and said he wasn’t told the car was here. It was written in the book! A waste of time. Unprofessional and a
Full marks to Darren and the team for working hard to bring my filthy Falcon back to new condition. I am more than happy with the result which has without a doubt added a good couple of grand to the sale price.
