Great service, turned up on time, easy to deal with.

called to report fridge temperature gauge not working. Technician decided on the phone that it was cooling fan and ordered one. Waited a few days and he installed it. Charging me for the fan. Next day reported not working. Waited more than a week before he came out again and he stated fridge needed replacement. Compressor not working. Waited another period of time for him to collect the fan again which was taken out ready for him to collect and give refund. It was three weeks before I could order a replacement fridge.. Not happy. Technician remiss in not coming out to assess the situation before ordering a part. Was offered an apology but would not recommend him.

What a pleasant surprise this electrician turned up on time, and the service was fantastic. Mat and his off sider were a pleasure to deal with and we'd highly recommend him and surprising they also to plumbing. Congrats guys for a great job, well done and reasonable price. Thank You
