Brilliant customer service when dealing with issues/mistakes. Mick, who I spoke with on the phone was sincere and apologetic when he heard of the mix up that my fridge wasn’t going to be delivered today. I had ordered food to be delivered from Woolworths tomorrow that had to be refrigerated so if I didn’t get the fridge we would have been screwed and out of food till Tuesday. The boss made sure it was delivered this afternoon and by himself personally. Can’t not thank them all enough!

We have used bamboo products before (not much good) and finally we have found a company that has good supply and great quality product that will last test of time. Great price too, pleasantly surprised.

Donna is just incredible she has done many projects for me including my wedding dress and bridesmaid dress as well as doing ottomans and cushions for some clients of mine. She is just brilliant!
