Rise Fitness brings a fresh approach to personal and small group training, specialising in Small Group Fitness, Personal Training, Pram Pushers (fitness for mums and bubs) and Rising Bellies (prenatal fit ball class for mums to be).

At A Ray of Fitness we specialise in giving you that unique experience of Personal Training within a small group of no more than 10 people. This allows us to give you the personal attention that you deserve during your training sessions, you won't be just another number like in a larger gym. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels (even if you have no fitness level), and there are no complicated routines that require high levels of co-ordination. With our smaller class sizes we find that there is no intimidation like you get at larger gyms and you gain motivation and support not only from your trainer but also from your fellow participants.
