The staff are always kind, courteous and helpful. When you walk in you are greeted with a friendly smile and a polite 'Hello, how are you?' from the young ladies on the counter. It's nice to feel that the dentist cares about how you are feeling and easily helps you to understand what they are doing with the procedures being done. A recommendation of this practice to friends and family is a give in.

Charlestown OrthodonticsHad my first visit to Dr Bruce Hillier today. Instead of being a place I really did not want to be, it was a very pleasant and almost fun visit. Dr Hillier fixed missing fillings in 2 of my bottom front teeth. Since I damaged them in an accident in 1988, I have disliked the way the fillings looked, but about 3 months ago due to radiation treatment a few years ago, they fell out. After just one visit, they now look like they have never been damaged. Dr Hillier is an amazing Dentist, and him and his wonderful staff made the visit extremely pleasant .
