We do this by personalising our training session specific to our customers requirements. Dynamic first aid training courses require one, one-page form to be completed, then all training is delivered face to face. There is zero online theory work, the reason for this is that having asked our customers what frustrates them about the first aid training or any training, it's the extensive forms that need to be completed.
