My focus is to have you moving with more freedom and ease, without the pain and stiffness or the restrictions. Its fitness to feel good and move with freedom, if you gain muscle mass and lose body fat in that process then its a byproduct of feeling good, i help you release the endorphins that make your body hummm, and you will also be calm in mind.
