Lisa is an awesome health coach and all round lovely person. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants to see them get healthy. I contacted Lisa earlier this year and she helped my family and I sort out our bad eating habits. I went from being on medication for diabetes, thyroid and cholesterol to none of them within 10 weeks of changing our way of eating. As a bonus, I lost 10 kgs in that time as well.
