I had smoked heavily for 20+ years and I was completely addicted. Tara offered to help me give up with hypnotherapy. I was a bit skeptical but willing to give it a go. Tara prepared a program specifically for me and tapped into what mattered and the reasons I wanted to give up. Tara is amazing!!! - I am a 9 month non-smoker! I would never have believed it! My family and friends can't believe it!! She also gave me additional tools to cope with the first few weeks when things are tough and checked in and supported me to make sure I was ok. Totally recommend this method, nothing else had ever worked for me! It's about changing your mindset.

Tara's weight loss program is very comprehensive with lots of different tools to support you when your sessions are completed. The program hits weight loss from every possible angle. I thought the soul realignment would be interesting and help with clearing mental blocks, but I never thought that on its own it could help me to lose weight. During the 21 days of 'clearing homework' before the clinical hypnosis session I went from just barely fitting into my clothes to having them become quite loose and almost needing the next size down. Now I have completed the hypnosis session, I have no cravings, become full quickly and love vegetables! Tara makes you feel very comfortable, she is generous with her time and support, and masterful in her profession. I would highly recommend this program to anyone wanting not only to lose weight, but to regain purpose and joy in their life.
