PoDDSSI recently had an Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT) session with Amanda from Everything Relationships. I instantly felt at ease in her company, her home office is very relaxing & the time flew - I could have gone 2 x sessions back to back, but I don't think I'll be needing it - I walked out lighter, with hope - and also bought her book about dating as her insight is invaluable!
