I saw Ralston 2 weeks ago with numb toes, sore knees and sore lower back . Once he explained how to release my lower back and glutes I must say I have not slept so well in years . I have done all exercises daily that he advised and I’m feeling better every day . So happy for my recommendation.

Natural Foot PodiatryMy late husband was a quadriplegic for 17 years. A part of this time support workers were provided by Akuna Care. For 3 years up until my husband death, Paul managed all aspects of my husband’s care. He was reliable and showed attention to detail which gave us confidence and peace of mind. He developed a good understanding and showed interest in the problems associated with quadriplegia. Together, Paul and my husband undertook many projects. As my husband had limited use of his hands this enabled him to do odd jobs or work on his computer and gave him a lot of pleasure as he felt he was still leading a useful life. Paul undertook the training and scheduling of other support workers. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking support workers.
