Towards the Horizon is an emerging NDIS registered provider located in Darwin, Northern Territory, which specialises in Positive Behaviour Supports for NDIS Participants. Our team pride ourselves on our strengths based approach and meeting the individualised needs of each person we meet. We deliver quality, supportive, evidence-based services that are tailored for NDIS participants in Northern Territory. Our team of Behaviour Support Practitioners come from a range of backgrounds and experience, they take a positive approach to Behaviour Support and are highly skilled in the provision of support required for people with disability and their families. All Practitioners are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) regarding their relevant disciplines. Practitioners support people to build relationships and participate in the community. They focus on working collaboratively with the person’s main networks and supports to improve ongoing relationships.
