To anyone wondering who to trust with the the service of their mobility scooter and walker I can happily recommend Arthur at AIDS to Independent Living on 2nd Avenue Caloundra. As can two other scooter people I have have met. They assured me that they had been going to Arthur for years and always happy with the service and and workmanship. Arthur was very kind and patient with my ‘first timer’ questions, and gave me instructions on how to maintain both my walker and my 2008 Legend XL. My scooter was collected by van (van and Arthur both well presented) given a full (thorough) service and in my case it was necessary to charge the batteries overnight to test their condition. He checked with me before doing the repairs and the service cost was just as quoted. Returned the next day by Alex. Transport included in the service cost. It is thanks to both Arthur and Alex answering my questions and explaining motor sizes, that I now have more confidence in the use of a mobility scooter.

BT PhysiotherapyI don’t even know where to start with how I would describe Peta, as there simply isn’t enough OUTSTANDING words in the dictionary. This is a lady who has a Real, genuine “Can Do, Will Do” committed determination to get you through the “Difficult Stuff that life throws us all! Let’s just say that after losing everything I owned in a house fire, nearly losing my life, my lifetime savings, suffering “Severe trauma and PTSD, then to top it off, the death of my only Son just before Christmas, if it wasn’t a for her dedicated and caring self, I wouldn’t be here to write this review. This lady not only saved my life but turned my life around for the better. Peta is “My Angel” 😇 who goes above and beyond any Support Worker I’ve had assigned to me Thank you Peta for all the help you’ve continually given me, you are truly BEYOND AMAZING
