I believe that the old school approach of �no pain no gain' is counter productive as the body locks up to defend itself from the inflicted pain. During a lymphatic drainage treatment stagnant fluid is assisted into lymph vessels and nodes to be drained from the body. Lymphatic drainage detoxifies the body by aiding the removal of toxins.
