I am a qualified Naturopath having completed a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and am a member of the Australian Natural Therapies Association. As a Naturopath I utilise natural medicine and the body’s ability to heal itself to support my clients back to health. I combine up-to-date evidence-based research and lab testing with traditional knowledge and clinic experience to guide me in my clients treatment. I aim to find the root cause of symptoms and address them through dietary and lifestyle modifications, individualised herbal tonics, and compounds to bring the body back into balance. While I support a wide range of these conditions, I have a special interest in women’s health including PCOS, endometriosis, fertility, preconception, pregnancy, hormone imbalances, thyroid conditions, and menopause as well as digestive issues including IBS, IBD, SIBO, GORD and gut dysbiosis.
