Hi, my name is Elisha, and in 2012 I graduated with my Diploma of Beauty Therapy from The Gold Coast Training Academy. Since then, I have worked at Ballina Go-vita and Beauty, whilst also servicing clients within a local area with a mobile service. Afterwards I started working in the Beauty Room at Brands Pharmacy Lismore for 7 & 1/2 years, until I was made redundant in December 2018. This is when I decided to take the chance and open up my own salon. This is when #Nurtured was first created, at shop 2/76 Woodlark Street Lismore, 26th January 2019. I am lucky that I am able to call what I love to do a career, as I thoroughly enjoy the Beauty Industry and everything it has to offer. On 26th March 2020, all Beauty Salons were closed until further notice due to the Covid-19 restrictions, sparking quite a few changes to how Beauty Salons could continue to operate and provide both a service and support to clients. And so nurturedbeautytherapy.com was born! (Along with a lot of other things to come) - To #Nurtured. It seems to be a year of changes (that are out of our control), so let's make some changes that are Positive (and within our control). The important thing to remember is that 70% of results of we get within our skin, is from what we are using at home. So I always say, it's so important to have the correct products to use at home - because you can't always have your beauty therapist with you 24/7! This is why I have hand-picked my favourite beauty products and put them all on one website, to assist everyone at home. Because let's face it - when you look good, you feel good!
