We were looking to beautify my mother's new place after recently losing dad. This was her first place without him in nearly 50 years and the team at Tweed Coast Security Screens & Blinds were amazing. They were very patient with her, and the whole process from measuring/quote to order and installation took only 3 weeks. We cannot speak highly enough of the experience we had with your business. Our quote was done over the phone by Kristie and an appointment made. Our blinds needed cleaning and two roman blinds needed re-stringing, also our panel glide was showing signs of mould after the weeks of rain we have had. We were advised that the blinds would be taken down and removed , and this was done so professionally by Dieter who arrived at the time we were given. Two days later he returned with the blinds fixed and cleaned beautifully. He hung all the blinds and we are so happy with the result, they look new. I recently had shutters installed in my home. I highly recommend Timber Tec. An awsome job. The young man who installed them was professional, friendly, and was punctual. The quality was 1st class. They also installed shutters for me about a year ago. Once again a great job. The shutters look just as new as the day they were fitted.
