Spanner and her team at RHD are the friendliest and most professional business I have had the pleasure of dealing with in Townsville. I went to RHD due to issues I had riding distance. Spanner asked about the issues, then any injuries I had and finally watched me ride. Once Spanner had all the information she then formulated a plan to change my riding position, the end results of her modifications I can now ride over 800km in a day without having g to rely on painkillers.
