I found Sheldon very approachable and professional as well as helpful. I was initially looking at getting another bike (650cc) but looked at scooters given my unhelpful knees. Sheldon advised that the Forza would easily meet all my needs very cost effectively. I had never heard of it before and online reviews were very positive. I was given a test ride on a brand new Forza which confirmed everything that Sheldon said about it and bought it. The Dealer Principal was also very helpful. I appreciated dealing with Sheldon because he knew the product well, was not pushy and listened to my needs. I'm enjoying the Forza which has all the performance I need. It's a pleasure to deal with a professional.

Bought a Shark Leathers 4 seasons waterproof protective flannel 4xl didnt fit me even though usually wear 3xl clothing. Called and they said yep return for exchange to 6xl no dramas. Sent in box with express satchel. Called today and told me item is ripped and stained and they will not exchange or refund. His solution was to return damaged, i said mate I paid 200 dollars for something that i wanted a return exchange of. Not only did i not get my exchange, your telling me the thing is damaged after wearing it once to trying and sending off next day or so in a box. Would never, ever buy from these people. I refused the return of the item on principle that it was not damaged upon sending back. The guy even had the nerve saying i must have rode my bike with it. As a truly honest person, i am so dissapointed and upset at my treatment. Been riding for 20 odd years now and i honsetly am very dissapointed. This is why our country is failing as a great place to live.

Recently I was on a bike tour with 4 friends and ran into a small problem. Called Paul and he was able to collect my bike from Mt Tamborine and took it back to his workshop. Within an hour we were back on the road. Thank you Paul.
