Turned up at almost midnight feeling absolutely exhausted, beautiful staff who even helped me get my kids into the room and ensured we had all we needed. Very reasonable prices for a simple but lovely rooms. Most important, very CLEAN!

Kootingal Landview Motel
We stayed here for 3 nights to ride the twisty roads. We won the meat raffle Friday night and the pub supplied a BBQ where we cooked a few meals near the motel units where we stayed. Very reasonably priced and the staff were super friendly. Excellent weekend. We Would definitely do that again!

The Host, Sheree, has an exceptionally friendly manner and nothing was too much trouble. Very well located and good value for money. On highway but pretty quiet (double glazed window)

Awesome motel on the way to Tamworth. Great location, close to everything. Very clean rooms and professional staff. Restaurant menu was a bit too "fancy", could have offered more economical options, but the food was divine. Great place to stay. Would recommend.

Buy far the best motel room we've ever stayed in. Absolutely loved the king size bed and all the space, as well as the big bathroom. And loved the decor as well.

Just spent 3 nights there. Great experience, Room was absolutely spotless, bed was very comfortable. Close to central Tamworth, Nice takeaway and Indian Restaurant close by. The new owners are really lovely and very attentive, would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

TV and AC were very easy to turn on ( at other motels this sometimes can be a complicated task) Comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent. Great hot shower and the staff were lovely.
