“A big Thank You to the Management Team at Newsa. Had some maintenance issues in one of the properties and they came and fixed them on the same day. I have heard of many occasions with some other accommodation providers who never fix maintenance issues for years if at all. Well done people and greatly appreciated. :-)”

“Awesome cabins!! Very clean, has a Mini kitchen. The staff is great, Have been staying here when visiting John Hunter Hospital for the past 5 years.”

“Had a family member admitted into Newcastle hospital - was required to stay overnight - room was basic but had everything we needed, clean and comfy- this is one of the best budget hotels I've stayed at !! Would definitely stay again!”

“We came here for a family Birthday party and had kids aged 0 to 10. They were happily occupied with the great play equipment. Nice outdoor cabanas. The food was pretty good, reasonably priced and was served quickly”

“Great large timber lined room, very comfortable and friendly helpful staff. Made us feel so welcome. Great meal deals in Bistro but very busy on weekend but not a problem if you have time. Great convenient location”
