The Avocado Motor Inn, is a three star motel with 14 comfortable rooms all at ground level, some being wheel chair friendly. It is conveniently located on the Bruce Highway (Churchill Street) on the northern edge of Childers, opposite Woolworths Shopping Centre, and approximately 800 short metres from the centre of the heritage listed village of Childers, with magnificent views of the surrounding country side. Brisbane is only an easy 3.5 hour drive to the south.

Moore Park Beach Motel is situated 15 km North of Bundaberg in beautiful Moore Park Beach, Queensland. Moore Park Beach is a peaceful area with a glorious beach within walking distance, as well as parks and playgrounds, the duck pond, bike track and lagoon walk. Directly across the road from the motel is the Moore Park Bowls and Sports Club. Adjacent to the Community Hall are the sporting fields, tennis court and skate bowl.
