“Some smaller places are simply a disaster and wouldn't touch it but this Motel was the exception. I came earlier in the year and found it was everything you could possibly need. Shower was great, rooms cleaned daily. Nice selection of tea and coffee, room nice and quiet. Would def stay again.”

This Motel is only a short walk to town and it's very clean and simple - a nice place to stay. It may be a bit retro and you're not going to get all the bells and whistles but the staff are super cool and welcoming and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Calico Court MotelSituated in a very quiet location and certainly not a resort. Very good value for a base location to explore the Tweed and surrounds. Very happy and accommodating owners. Amazing river views out the front and a wonderful Tavern just a 10 minute walk along the river bank.
