I had a difficult loan which was rejected out of hand by banks as it didn't fit within there lending criteria. Richard was able to find a lender that would accept the loan and the deal went thru. When we are in a stronger financial position we will refinance at a lower rate. Needless to say we will be refinancing thru FSFS.
