In 2010 Advantage Tyres Townsville branded to Michelin Service Centre Townsville joining the Michelin Australia network for independently owned and operated tyre stores under the banner - 'Quality without compromise'. Michelin is one of the tyre industry's leaders in tyre manufacturing, innovations and carbon in-printing. In June 2017 Advantage Tyres purchased the M Group Tyre shop located at 270 Charters Towers Road and have transformed this into Advantage Tyres Rising Sun. This location can service the local the local area, providing old fashioned service and plenty of experience and quality tyres of all leading brands. We employ locally to service the local area and can provide tyres and related services to all vehicles from lawnmowers to large mine vehicles and everything in between! Bought my 2 year old in and though I wish I didn't need to bring her to a tyre shop but these guys had it covered! The waiting room had children toys, chairs, activities and a television. I was able to entertain her while I had my tyres done! I was given great advice and service highly recommended.
