What a rude and disrespectful way to talk to a customer! When my call was returned the person who spoke to me was rude and very abrupt. When I tried to explain what was wrong with my car, they got more abusive and aggressive. When I said it didn't matter what day he fixed my car, just not the one day a week I work he got more abusive. By this time I was quite upset and said mate I'm not looking for an arguement, I just want my car fixed he told me to f***ing find someone else and hung up??? I am still sitting here in shock at the extremely arrogant, rude, abusive, aggressive and disrespectful behaviour towards me. I would have given no stars but there wasn't an option for that.
