Called up and asked for quote to fit a tyre... Was told to come in, charged me $25 to fit the tyre to the rim then said he wouldn't put it on my car... Single mum with kids and no jack at home.. Thanks for nothing, I always seem to have so many car problems.. Costs me a fortune and I will not return here ever.

I rang for a quote, had a great experience with an employee. I later rang back to clarify some information further, employee was not on site. I was offered a call back the next day. 5 minutes after I ended the call, the owner made time to call me and tell me that I already had a quoted price and had spent too much time talking with his employee and that I should work with what I had. I never recieved the price, it would have to be the rudest and worst customer experience I've experienced in a while. Such a shame that he could make time to be rude but not the time to provide basic customer service. I will never use this mechanic. Completely blown away by this, very confused by that behaviour considering I have no prior history with this with this business.
