Very disappointed with your service. The Mechanic that came to our home at Sapphire, was at our home for no more than half an hour to remove a broken spark plug. Sent a bill for 2 and a half hours work. Now I expected to be charged for at least 1 hour work plus travel time. But to get a bill for $488 to remove one spark plug. Then to be told that you were not to be believed on the amount of time the mechanic spent here. We had 4 people at the house that day. If I could rate you a zero. I would!

Our vehicle has been in with clams automotive for over 12 months and nothing has been done. We really need this vehicle and I'm very distressed at the lack of communication and service.
