We were passing through Gympie when our car suddenly began jerking and the engine light came on — on a Sunday, with a car full of luggage! RACQ diagnosed a cylinder misfire and towed us to Dingles the next morning. From the first phone call, Scott was incredibly helpful. He assessed the car within a couple of hours, explained everything clearly, and gave a very fair quote (including a service I’d requested). The repairs were completed the next day, exactly as promised. Scott also went out of his way to organise a lift for me to collect the car, great customer service. He showed photos of the issues, gave honest future recommendations, and made the whole process feel supportive rather than stressful. Couldn’t recommend Scott and the team more. If I could give six stars, I would!
