BEST Mobile Dog Wash in Glenning Valley NSW 2261

Hi, I went through your automatic car wash yesterday afternoon, and paid for the deluxe wash. Because I used my credit card it cost me $17.50, and you can't tell that the car has been washed at all. essentially both sides of the car below the window line are still just as dirty as they were before I went through the wash. I have taken photos as proof of this. The last time I went through the car wash there was someone there to do a pre-wash and it appears as though that is why the car came out clean, not due to the automatic car wash. What are my options here, because I have spent money for no result? Regards,
