Very unhappy left grease on my floor and door jams from extension cords . One of the guys trod in chook poo and walked through my floors and carpet. One of the guys didn't even try to clean up the mess after installing my windows. I rang and complained and did not even get an apology. Windows are lovely but dirty. Not happy with the after sales service.
Very disappointed I WAS a repeat customer who contacted you early Friday morning and on three more occasions to be told your coming after lunch, no one has arrived and now my business office is left open for the weekend. Returned a electric jug to service desk, initial price $39, faulty casing released steam onto wife's hand, causing a slight burn. Received store credit for $19. I argued for the initial price, they said it had been marked down, so could not pay me the former price. That's our policy if you don't have a receipt. And proof of purchase, USAID rather heatedly that the proof of purchase was in front of them. Called manager, she backed her staff and said I was rude for wanting a fair go, seeing this item injured my wife. After a great argument she gave me a new jug, no exchange docket, no proof of purchase, so I had to walk out past security with a new appliance, didn't even check, could have took anything. Now , IF this one breaks down, how do I exchange it without a docket. Manager said , " come and see me, may have another argument". IS This K MART. Policy. Rude and abusive to elderly (76) customers. PATHETIC.
