Unprofessional and unreliable. Firstly, they wanted to charge a travel fee to quote a job although they advertised that they serviced the area. Secondly, they called to arrange a time to conduct the quote. Didn’t turn up nor phone so I had to call and ask if they were still coming which Sonia said they were. 10 minutes later, I received a call from Sonia advising that they have just decided not to come. Do not trust this company - shocking service!
