I placed a service call with TFS and Cedric attended promptly. Paid $125 on the day with the promise he would return with the replacement part required to repair my appliance. It has been about 2 weeks and despite several texts I still have no answer as to when he can return to repair my appliance. I have tried phoning but his number only takes messages and he does not phone back. Essentially I paid $125 for him to look at my appliance and not return. I guess there is more money to be made looking at faulty appliances than actually ordering the part and coming back to fix them.
Came in mid November to look at Miele dishwasher door, charged $95 on the spot to take a photo of serial number (5 mins) and said would order part required and let me know when it arrived, I agreed heard nothing so rang early February they hadn't ordered part, said they sent a txt quote to me, they didn't!... they don't answer phone or reply to messages, had to get another company to make the repairs... Scammers...
Excellent service on a very old Panasonic air conditioner, needed re-gassing, called today 21/12/2021 and was here within a couple of hours, found problem and fixed, I would highly recommend Robert Seitz at Proficient Appliance Service, for any other electrical appliances +++++
Fantastic experience with Patrick. After having problems with my dishwasher I called out multiple technicians who just could not get it right. After contacting Patrick he diagnosed the problem over the phone and turned up with the correct parts and it was fixed first go. I highly recommend Patrick and he will be my first contact next time my appliances break down.
