My name is Heath Addison and I have been involved in family counselling for over 15 years. I hold a Post Graduate Diploma in broad based Counselling models & a Master's Degree in Narrative Therapy which informs my practice. I am also an accredited member of The Australian Counselling Association and I am always happy to hear your questions.

People read reviews because they want to read true accounts of people's experiences, so for me I can tell you that since knowing and having my weekly sessions with Tammy, that my thinking towards myself has changed, this has lead me to being happier, more confident, less stressed and with an inner peace that I have been searching for my whole life. Tammy has such an incredible skill of being able to lead you safely to a part of yourself that you may be too fearful to visit, all the while reassuring you, and keeping you on track.
