Wahroonga's Adolescent Wellness Program is a free youth mental health initiative of Carinity Communities providing high-quality, specialist counselling and psychology services to preteens, teenagers and emerging adults aged 10 - 24 years. Wahroonga's adolescent program has been operating in the Rockhampton community for 12 years and provides help for young people and their families who are having trouble coping, have emotional, behavioural or mental health concerns, or who may be at risk of self-harm or suicide. All our services are provided by experienced registered psychologists with many years of practice working with young people. How to access the program: Any concerned adult, including parents, teachers or others involved with young people can refer to our service directly. Youth can also contact Wahroonga themselves. A General Practitioner (GP) or Pediatrician can also refer a young person to Wahroonga's adolescent program under a Mental Health Treatment Plan.
