Breaking Barriers Fitness aim is to teach as many members of the general public and the special populations group the basis of regular exercise and a healthy life style. Special Populations refers to people that are disabled, have mental health issues, domestic violence, elderly, children, pre/post surgery. The services available are personal training, group instruction, corporate classes, life coaching and work shops. Most exercise is done outside in nature, at either a pre-arranged venue or at your home. Life Coaching is factored in to all our services. A plan including the client’s goals will be developed and worked through to achieve therapeutic outcomes. Once treatment is complete, assessments are again completed to feedback to the client and the referral source the levels of change achieved. If the therapy process does not appear to be working, clients are encouraged to be honest and discuss their progress, so that therapy can be adjusted accordingly.
