The BEST Meditation & Mindfulness Coaches in Lambton NSW

From my first meeting I have felt welcomed and been called by name by the team !! I joined just over a month ago and cannot believe how much I am enjoying it!!! I do Yoga and movement longevity classes and love them both! The team is wonderful- they are fun and encouraging - and somehow remember who has was limitation xxx participants are all really lovely and not judgemental - and classes are a great size I can already see small signs of improvement and look forward to more improvements in the future with the guidance and support of infuse health ❤️

I have enjoyed the outstanding services of Samsara Energy Wellness with the lovely Dale about 6 times. I especially like the HOCATT machine which has delivered recovery for my inflammation and sporting stress concerns. Have also benefited from the PEMF (magnetic frequency) process on occasion which has augmented the HOCATT treatment beautifully.
