As the founder of Suzanna's Spiritual Awakenings, I am a spiritual teacher, author and speaker with over 20 years of experience in the field of yoga and western esoteric practices. I lead individuals on a spiritual journey to explore the mystical side of yoga, working with the forces of nature for personal empowerment, enlightenment, and inner calm. My extensive background in different yoga linages, such as Sivananda, Iyengar, Kryia, Kundalini, Karma and Raja from different Swamis, has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of how to entwine yoga in my daily life for self-development, enrichment and healing. Additionally, my studies in the western esoteric practices, such as the Tarot and Wicca, has allowed me to harmonize with the natural forces for personal empowerment and spiritual enlightenment. My ultimate goal is to use my knowledge and experience to assist others with many areas of life’s challenges, and provide guidance on healing and self management through the services that my company offers.

I offer counselling for your Self and/or for your Loved Ones. The type of counselling I offer is holistic, solution-focused and trauma-informed. It is a combination of evidence-based neuroscience and polyvagal theory intertwined with ancient wisdom from many philosophies/spiritual traditions across the world with the main focus being supporting you to access your own inner wisdom in your body, mind, heart & spirit. When appropriate I like to use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, NLP and attachment theory / abandonment wound healing (for the inner sense of shame, the internal dialogue of �I'm not good enough'). Virginia Ede, Natural Therapies Practitioner, is dedicated to compassionate and caring therapeutic interventions for your overall recovery and pain relief. Services include Bowen/Reiki therapy, Equine Therapeutic experiences, Empowerment/Life Transformation Guidance, Women's Connective Groups as well as Gentle Trauma Release in a safe and supportive farm environment. Finding the right individual to assist and guide you on your healing journey can often be a frustrating and stressful task, with the searching feeling daunting.
