Angelique is a devoted yoga instructor with an insatiable desire and yearning to learn, grow and empower herself and others through yogic practices, adopting these ancient and powerful tools to help navigate the challenges of modern life. Founder of Peace it Together, Angelique is a level 2 registered yoga teacher with Yoga Australia, a registered member of the Meditation Association of Australia and a Yoga Therapist with over 1000 hours of formal training. She has been a dedicated student of yoga for over 15 years, studying with both local and international teachers such as Ginny Clarke, Hanuman Das, Leslie Kaminoff and Amy Matthews, Paul Wooden, Dr. Ganesh Mohan and his parents A.G Mohan and Indra Mohan of Svastha Yoga & Ayuveda. Angelique teaches regular classes and workshops in the Lake Macquarie region of NSW and is a regular performer of Kirtan (devotional chanting) at Living Peace Yoga in Toronto, NSW.
