Brilliant customer service when dealing with issues/mistakes. Mick, who I spoke with on the phone was sincere and apologetic when he heard of the mix up that my fridge wasn’t going to be delivered today. I had ordered food to be delivered from Woolworths tomorrow that had to be refrigerated so if I didn’t get the fridge we would have been screwed and out of food till Tuesday. The boss made sure it was delivered this afternoon and by himself personally. Can’t not thank them all enough!

My wife and I went to The Mattress Company to have a look at purchasing a new mattress. I had absolutely no idea of how much is involved in choosing the right one. The very knowledgeable staff member spent time with us going through our sleeping routine and has helped us with the "right" mattress. Some beautiful nights to be had on our new "cloud". Thank you.

We purchased 4 wicker chairs from Nicola at Cooloola Coast Furniture and Bedding. Nicola was absolutely wonderful in every way. Very professional and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She has a lovely friendly manner. They have a good range of furniture and bedding amongst other things. It is an interesting shop to visit. We always try to support local businesses when we can.
