The messaging this place provides changes completely from when they are trying to lure you in and sign you up to an intensive treatment plan to when you’ve signed up and they’re direct debiting from your account each week. It begins as “do you experience back pain? Do you want to live pain free? Then you need to sign up to our treatment plan”, and then after signing up and begging treatment, I made the mistake of experiencing a reduction in pain and had my head bitten off by one of the chiros telling me that what they do doesn’t work like an aspirin and pain relief has nothing to do with it etc. Since then, I’ve received a patronising lecture with every treatment about how it’s not about pain relief. The staff have obviously been trained on emotional manipulation techniques and all their communication is laced with subtle manipulation, eg. “if you miss 3 appointments we’ll terminate your membership because that tells us you’re not ready to prioritise your health and wellbeing”.

She even plucked a few odd hairs from my eyebrows which wasn’t part of the service. She was very kind and attentive. My eyelashes look absolutely amazing. I highly recommend.
