The East Coast Taekwondo Academy was established on the Central Coast in 1988. We pride ourselves in providing a family orientated club where students can learn and benefit from both the traditional and sporting aspects of the art. Taekwondo is the Korean martial art of self-defence, and when translated it means “the art of the foot and fist.” ECTA gives students the opportunity to learn all aspects of Taekwondo including dynamic kicks, self-defence, breaking techniques, joint locking, weaponry art and much more.
