Our commitment to continuing the legacy of Grandmaster Hélio Gracie stems from his belief that jiu-jitsu should provide weaker individuals with the ability to defend themselves against stronger opponents. To this end, we offer comprehensive martial arts curricula tailored to meet the self-defense needs of every demographic and skill level, with programs specifically designed for beginners, women, and children. We take great pride in creating a secure, friendly, and inclusive learning environment for all of our students and their families in Moss Vale. Ta Mo Tao Martial Arts is a quality provider of instruction in Taekwondo (Korean Karate) & Kung Fu (Wing Chun & Tai Chi). We offer specialised programs for men, women and children covering all aspects of martial arts training including self-defence & weapons. We teach modern, progressive and effective martial arts together with a core of traditional values and techniques from our full-time training centre in the Southern Highlands servicing Mittagong, Bowral and Moss Vale.
